Warren Ho
Warren joined the Cai Lab as a PhD student in 2024. His research focuses on engineering modular and minimal synthetic genomes in yeast as part of the wider Sc3.0 project. Prior to joining the lab, Warren studied at Imperial College London, where he obtained a BSc Hons in Biochemistry and MRes in Systems and Synthetic Biology, working on a variety of projects including gene editing, gene drives, and synthetic cells. Outside of the lab, Warren enjoys reading, cooking, good food, and video games.
